Scope of Application
It is used for reconstruction of digestive tract with difficult surgical field exposure, and the creation of anastomosis and closure of stumps or incisions during visceral resection.
Usage
1. First check the aseptic packaging for breakage, take out the instrument, and then gently press the protective cover of the staple bin assembly with your thumb and remove it.
2. Place the tissue to be cut and stitched between the nail holder and the staple bin assembly.
3. Manually push the positioning rod push plate handle to insert the positioning rod into the nail holder hole, limiting the spillage of the tissue to be cut and stitched, or hold the movable handle to the first gear position, and the positioning rod will also automatically enter the nail holder hole.
4. The tissue to be cut can be adjusted to make a reasonable placement before the staple bin assembly and the nail holder do not clamp the tissue to be cut and stitched completely.
5. Grip the movable handle tightly and release it, and at this time the staple bin assembly and the nail holder will clamp the tissue to be cut and stitched.
6. Grip the movable handle again, and at this time the tissue to be stitched and cut will be stitched and cut.
7. Press the reset button and gently release the handle.
8. Turn back the positioning rod push rod handle and remove the stitched tissue.
