Usage
1. Fix and dilate three points with hemorrhoids of less prolapse and anal membrane of slight eversion with three non-traumatic forceps; put the introducer on the dilator, insert it into the anal canal, and remove the dilator. Make a stitch on the front, rear, left and right side of the anus to fix the introducer; check the position of the dentate line through the transparent anal canal introducer;
2. Place the anorectal stitcher via the introducer on the opposite side with the most obvious hemorrhoids and prolapse. This device can cover the prolapse mucosa within 270 degrees around the rectal wall; make a purse suture about 4 cm above the dentate line along the lower mucosa. suture the rectum completely with 4-6 stitches by rotating the stitcher. The stitching can only be performed on the mucous membrane and the lower mucosa to avoid injury to the muscle layer and ensure that the suture is complete;
3. Retract the stitcher, and properly tighten the stitching line of the purse; spin the prolapse and hemorrhoids cutting stapler to the maximum position, remove the protective cover, insert it to the nail holder to the top of the purse, tighten the stitching line and make knots. With the thread catcher, pull the tail end of the stitching line from the side hole of the prolapse and hemorrhoids cutting stapler, and pull the stitching line in the direction of the handle with moderate force, so that the sutured and ligated mucous membranes and lower mucous layer will get into the cavity of the prolapse and hemorrhoids cutting stapler; meanwhile, tighten the adjusting nut of stapler until the indicator enters the green area of the window; pull off the safety block, tighten the handle and fire; remove and suture it at one time;
4. After firing, keep it closed for more than 30 seconds. Rotate the adjusting nut of the stapler, and gently retract the device to check the anastomosis. If necessary, make more stitches.
