System Composition

Linear electric cutting stapler and assembly for disposable cavity mirror

(hereinafter referred to as stapler) are composed of two parts: body and

assembly.

The body is mainly composed of a nail base, a nail bin seat, a locking rod, a

knob, a knife return button, a reset button, a battery pack, a fixed handle, a

closing handle, a firing button and a cutting knife. The assembly is mainly

composed of a nail bin, a fitting nail, a push piece and a cover plate of a nail

bin.

Intended Use

It is suitable for the closure of stump or incision in endoscopic organ resection

and digestive tract reconstruction。

Applicable population

Adults, not for infants.

Contraindication

1. Stapler should not be used for severe mucosal edema.

2. Staplers should not be used on the aorta.

3. Do not use the stapler on large blood vessels without providing proximal or distal

precautions.

4. Staplers should not be used on ischemic or necrotic tissue.

5. Stapler should not be used on liver or spleen tissue. This is due to the compression nature

of such tissues, and the closure of the stapler can have a destructive effect

6. Staplers should not be used where hemostasis cannot be observed.

Seven. Staplers should not be used in situations where surgical sutures are not advisable.

8. The tissue thickness should be assessed before the stapler is fired. If the tissue does

not fit easily into the anastomosis nail closure height or is too easily pressed into the

anastomosis nail closure height, the tissue is not suitable for the anastomosis nail (may be

too thick or too thin). The selection of anastomotic nail height is as follows:

Do not use M-shaped components on compressed tissues that are less than 0.75mm thick or that

cannot be properly compressed to 0.75mm thick.

Do not use W-shaped components on tissues that are less than 1.0mm thick after compression or

that cannot be properly compressed to 1.0mm thickness.

Do not use Type B components on tissues less than 1.5mm thick after compression or that

cannot be properly compressed to 1.5mm thickness.

Do not use Type D components on tissues less than 1.8mm thick after compression or that

cannot be properly compressed to 1.8mm thickness.

Do not use G-components on compressed tissues that are less than 2.0mm thick or that cannot

be properly compressed to 2.0mm thick.

Do not use T-shaped components on tissues that are less than 2.3mm thick after compression or

that cannot be properly compressed to 2.3mm thickness.
